We offer the following visa services: Travel (Tourist) Visa, Business Visa, Family Visit Visa, and Transit Visa. Each visa type is designed to suit specific travel purposes, whether you're exploring a new country, attending meetings or conferences, visiting relatives, or passing through en route to another destination. Our services include guidance on eligibility, document preparation, application submission, and follow-up support to ensure a smooth and timely visa process.

Eligibility Requirements

Pakistani applicants must show:

  • You must intend to stay for 90 days or less.
  • You must provide evidence of your return to Pakistan after your stay.
  • Show you have sufficient financial means to support your visit.
  • Be a genuine visitor, with no intent to overstay or work illegally.

Pakistani Applicants

Mandatory Documents

Valid Passport

  • Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure from the Netherlands.
  • Must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
  • Include any previous passports (if applicable).

  • Complete the online form on the BLS Spain website: BLS Spain Visa Application

    • Visa Fee Payment Receipt

  • The standard fee is approximately €80 (for adults).
  • BLS Service Fee: Approx. PKR 2,500 – 3,000 (depends on location).
  • Payments made at the time of submission at the BLS Visa Center.

    • Passport-size Photos

  • 2 recent 35mm x 45mm passport-sized color photos (white background, Schengen specifications).
    • Proof of Financial Means
    • Bank Statements (last 3–6 months), showing sufficient funds.
    • Salary Slips (last 3 months) or income proof.
    • Tax Returns (optional, but helps if available).
    • Travel Insurance
    • Must have minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies in all Schengen countries.
    • Hotel Reservations or Accommodation details (if staying with family/friends, provide invitation letter).
    • Return Flight Ticket
    • Proof of round-trip flight bookings.
    Travel Itinerary
    • Flight Bookings: Show entry and exit from Spain (round-trip flight reservation).
    • Accommodation: Hotel reservations, rental agreements, or an invitation letter from a host in Spain.
    • Detailed Travel Plan: A rough outline of places you plan to visit and your stay in Spain.
    If Visiting Family or Friends in Spain
    • Invitation Letter: From your host in Spain, explaining the purpose and duration of your visit.
    • Host’s Passport or Residence Permit Copy: A copy of the host’s Spanish passport or residence permit.
    • Proof of Relationship: Documents proving the relationship with your host (e.g., birth certificates, family registration certificate).
    • Host’s Financial Documents: Bank statements or proof that the host can financially support you during your stay.
    • Host’s Residential Address and Utility Bill: A recent utility bill showing your hosts address.
    Employment or Study Documents
    • Job Letter: A letter from your employer confirming your position, salary, and approved leave.
    • Self-Employment Documents: If you are self-employed, submit business registration documents, tax returns, etc.
    • Student Status Proof: A letter from your educational institution (if you are a student).
    Proof of Ties to Pakistan
    • Family Registration Certificate (FRC – NADRA)
    • Marriage certificate (if married)
    • Dependent family documents
    • Property ownership or rental agreements
    Additional Supporting Documents
    • Travel History: Copies of previous visas or stamps from other countries (if applicable).
    • Cover Letter: Explaining the purpose of your visit, details of your trip, and how you will finance your stay.
    • Police Clearance Certificate: If requested by the consulate.
    • Visa Refusals: Disclose any previous visa refusals if applicable.
    Visa Fees and Payment
    • Visa Fee: Approx. €80
    • VFS Global Service Fee: Approximately PKR 3,000 – 5,000
    • Payment: Made at the time of submission at VFS Global.
