Visa Types

Each visa type is designed to suit specific travel purposes, whether you're exploring a new country, attending meetings or conferences, visiting relatives, or passing through en route to another destination. Our services include guidance on eligibility, document preparation, application submission, and follow-up support to ensure a smooth and timely visa process.

Eligibility Requirements

Pakistani applicants must show:

  • You must intend to stay for 90 days or less.
  • Prove you will return to Pakistan after your stay.
  • Show you can financially support your visit.
  • Be a genuine visitor (no intent to overstay or work).

Pakistani Applicants

Mandatory Documents

Valid Passport

  • Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure from the Netherlands.
  • Must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.

    • Visa Application Form (Schengen)

  • Fill out online at the official VFS Global website.

    • Visa Fee Receipt

  • Approx. €80 (check for updates).
  • Fee paid at VFS Global or designated visa center.
  • Payments made at the time of submission.

    • Passport-size Photo

  • 2 recent, color passport photos as per Schengen specifications (35mm x 45mm).
    • Proof of Financial Means
    • Bank statements (last 3 months)
    • Salary slips (last 3 months) or employment letter
    • Tax documents (optional)
    • Hotel bookings or proof of accommodation
    • Travel insurance (covering Schengen area, with at least €30,000 coverage for medical emergencies)
    • Return flight booking
    Travel Itinerary
    • Flight bookings showing entry and exit from the Schengen area.
    • Hotel bookings or accommodation details in the Netherlands.
    • Detailed travel plan (places you will visit, estimated duration of stay).
    If Visiting Family/Friends in Netherlands
    • Invitation letter from the host (family or friends).
    • Copy of host’s Passport or Dutch residence permit.
    • Proof of relationship (e.g., birth certificate, family registration certificate).
    • Host’s proof of financial means (e.g., bank statement, pay slips).
    • Host’s residential address and a copy of a recent utility bill (if available).
    Employment or Study Documents
    • Job letter with position, salary, leave approval (if employed).
    • Self-employment documents (business registration, tax returns, etc.).
    • Student certificate (if a student).
    Ties to Pakistan
    • Family Registration Certificate (FRC – NADRA)
    • Marriage certificate (if married)
    • Dependent family documents
    • Property ownership or rental agreements
    Additional Supporting Documents
    • Travel history: Copies of previous visas and entry/exit stamps (if available).
    • Cover letter: Explaining the purpose of your visit, trip details, and financial arrangements.
    • Police Character Certificate (if required by the embassy).
    Visa Fees and Payment
    • Visa Fee: Approx. €80
    • VFS Global Service Fee: Approximately PKR 3,000 – 5,000
    • Payment: Made at the time of submission at VFS Global.
