We offer the following visa services: Travel (Tourist) Visa, Business Visa, Family Visit Visa, and Transit Visa. Each visa type is designed to suit specific travel purposes, whether you're exploring a new country, attending meetings or conferences, visiting relatives, or passing through en route to another destination. Our services include guidance on eligibility, document preparation, application submission, and follow-up support to ensure a smooth and timely visa process.

Eligibility Requirements

Pakistani applicants must show:

  • Your stay in France or the Schengen Area should not exceed 90 days.
  • You must provide evidence of your return to Pakistan after your visit.
  • Show you have sufficient financial means to support your stay in France.
  • You must genuinely intend to visit (tourism, family, or business).

Mandatory Documents

Valid Passport

  • The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after your intended departure from France.
  • It should have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
  • Include any previous passports if applicable.
  • Visa Application Form

  • Complete the Schengen visa application form available on the AGS France Visa Application website.
  • Visa Fee Payment Receipt

  • The standard visa fee is approximately €80 for adults (subject to change).
  • AGS Service Fee: Around PKR 2,500 – 3,000.
  • Payment made at the time of submission at the AGS center.
  • Passport-sized Photos

  • 2 recent 35mm x 45mm passport-sized color photos with a white background (following Schengen specifications).
  • Proof of Financial Means
    • Bank Statements: Showing sufficient funds, preferably for the last 3 to 6 months.
    • Salary Slips: Last 3 months or income proof.
    • Tax Returns (if applicable).
    • Travel Insurance: Minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical emergencies, repatriation, and covering all Schengen countries.
    • Hotel Reservations: Proof of accommodation during your stay in France (hotel bookings, etc.).
    • Return Flight Ticket: Show your round-trip flight reservation with entry and exit from the Schengen Area.
    Travel Itinerary
    • Flight Bookings: Round-trip flight bookings to/from France.
    • Accommodation Details: Hotel bookings, rental agreements, or invitation letter from a host in France.
    • Detailed Travel Plan: A simple outline of the places you plan to visit in France and the duration of your stay.
    If Visiting Family or Friends in France
    • Invitation Letter: A letter from your host in France explaining the purpose and duration of your visit.
    • Host’s Passport or Residence Permit Copy: Copy of the hosts French passport or residence permit.
    • Proof of Relationship: Documents such as a birth certificate or family registration certificate to show your relationship with the host.
    • Host’s Financial Proof: Bank statements or other financial documents showing that your host can financially support your stay.
    • Host’s Residential Address and Utility Bill: Recent utility bills showing the host’s address.
    Employment or Study Documents
    • Job Letter: A letter from your employer confirming your job position, salary, and leave approval.
    • Self-Employment Documents: If you are self-employed, provide business registration documents, tax returns, and proof of income.
    • Student Status Proof: If you are a student, a letter from your educational institution.
    Proof of Ties to Pakistan
    • Family Registration Certificate (FRC – NADRA)
    • Marriage certificate (if married)
    • Property Ownership: Documents related to owned or rented property (optional but adds credibility).
    • Any Dependents: Birth certificates or documents proving family ties.
    Additional Supporting Documents
    • Travel History: If applicable, copies of previous visas and entry/exit stamps from other countries.
    • Cover Letter: A letter explaining the purpose of your visit, trip details, and financial arrangements.
    • Police Clearance Certificate: If required by the consulate.
    • Visa Refusals: Disclose any previous visa refusals if applicable.
    Visa Fees and Payment
    • Visa Fee: €80 (for adults), €40 (for children aged 6–12), and free for children under 6 years.
    • AGS Service Fee: Approx. PKR 2,500 – 3,000
    • Payment: Can be made online or at the AGS Visa Center.
