Each visa type is designed to suit specific travel purposes, whether you're exploring a new country, attending meetings or conferences, visiting relatives, or passing through en route to another destination. Our services include guidance on eligibility, document preparation, application submission, and follow-up support to ensure a smooth and timely visa process.

Eligibility Requirements

Pakistani applicants must show:

  • Have a valid reason for travel
  • Show financial means to support the trip
  • Provide proof of ties to Pakistan
  • Hold a valid passport with no adverse travel history

Identity & Travel Documents

Original Passport

  • Valid for at least 6 months with 2+ blank pages

    • Photocopy of Passport’s First Page

    Duly Filled Visa Application Form

  • Filled online at: https://cova.mfa.gov.cn

    • Appointment Confirmation Slip (from COVA + AVAS)

    1 Recent Passport Photo

  • White background, 48mm x 33mm
    • Travel Itinerary & Plans
    • Tentative flight bookings
    • Hotel reservation (for tourists)
    • If visiting family/friends:
    • Invitation letter from host in China
    • Copy of inviter’s passport and residence permit or Chinese ID card
    • Relationship proof (e.g., birth certificate, FRC, etc.)
    Financial Support Documents
    • Personal bank statements (last 6 months)
    • Salary slips (if employed)
    • Sponsor’s bank documents (if being sponsored)
    • Proof of assets/property in Pakistan (optional but helps)
    Employment/Professional Documents
    • Job letter (with position, salary, joining date, leave approval)
    • NTN certificate or business registration (if self-employed)
    • Study letter from institution (if student)
    Ties to Pakistan
    • Family Registration Certificate (FRC – NADRA)
    • Marriage certificate (if married)
    • Property ownership or rental agreements (optional but supportive)
    Other Supporting Documents
    • Travel history (copies of past visas and entry/exit stamps)
    • CNIC copy
    • Any previous visa refusals (must be disclosed truthfully)
    • Police Character Certificate (if required)
    Visa Fee & Processing
    • For Pakistani Citizens:
    • Visa is usually free of cost (due to bilateral agreements)
    • Service Fee to Gerry’s: Around PKR 5,000 – 7,000
    • Processing Time: 7–10 working days (on average)
    • Travel history (copies of past visas and entry/exit stamps)
    • CNIC copy
    • Any previous visa refusals (must be disclosed truthfully)
    • Police Character Certificate (if required)
